Our Founders
Meet the visionaries behind AI Phase:
- Georgy ChomakhashviliFounderGeorgy leads AI Implementation and External Presence at AI Phase. As the former President of TUM.ai and prev. Marketing TL, he played a key role in shaping the initiative. He co-founded a startup that uses ML to predict safer routes. His experience spans Siemens (IAM), HolidayCheck Solutions and Sopra Steria as an ML Engineer. He focuses on AI-driven solutions, internal development and expanding AI Phase through collaborations and more.
- Seong-Min JunFounderSeong-Min is responsible for AI consulting services and manages legal and financial operations at AI Phase. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from TUM and has gained extensive consulting experience at Roland Berger, Capgemini Invent and KPMG. Seong-Min is specialized in advising CxOs on challenges regarding digital transformations and AI strategies.
- Simon BunyatovFounderSimon leads Business Development and Partnerships at AI Phase. With a bachelor's degree in economics and four years of experience at Siemens, he brings deep expertise in Legal, Compliance, HR, and AI implementation. As former Head of Industry Partnerships at TUM.ai, he helped shape the initiative’s strategic direction. His focus is on forging strong partnerships and driving innovative AI strategies.

Technical Project ManagerTom is responsible for AI consulting and managing/implementing AI projects. His professional experience comprises several years in software engineering at numerous companies (from startups to corporations) with a focus on ML- and NLP-based software engineering/prototyping. His expertise is supported by his studies in computer science and business administration at the Technical University of Munich.
