About AI Phase
AI Phase is a Munich-based IT consultancy specializing in the development of end-to-end AI solutions - from vision and strategy to implementation and maintenance. Our expertise ranges from generative AI and agent systems to computer vision and cloud architectures. What makes us special is our entrepreneurial thinking, combined with technical excellence. About the Role
Together with a compact squad of 2–4 colleagues you uncover AI opportunities, design concept studies (e.g. digital sovereignty, AI in car manufacturing, AI in logistics, AI in procurement, AI in quality assurance) and accompany early implementation phases. Expect plenty of client contact, space to learn, and senior mentorship—while working fully remote.

Your Tasks:
- Scout, prioritise and model AI use-cases through desk research, interviews and surveys
- Design & facilitate workshops (online / occasionally on-site) and capture insights in crisp deliverables
- Build in-depth feasibility- and ROI-analyses
- Support change-management and track implementation progress next to client teams
- Present results to management audiences

Your Superpower:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Management, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, …)
- Solid grasp of modern AI capabilities and how they translate into business value
- Strong analytical toolkit (PowerPoint, Excel,) plus a knack for clear slide-storytelling
- Confident communicator in German & English; curious, proactive and eager to ask the extra “why?”
- Nice-to-have: first consulting, venture or hackathon experience
