At AI Phase we’re excited to partner with B.B.W. Group — a trusted QA partner of automotive key players like BMW Group and its suppliers — to revolutionize quality assurance in automotive manufacturing. This isn’t a future vision — it’s happening right now! 🔹 About the Project Imagine a world where every car assembly part is automatically scanned, inspected, and approved with unmatched precision. With 3D computer vision technology, we’re creating digital twins of automotive parts, recognizing every detail, down to millimeters. The result? Faster, more accurate defect detection of each manufacturing part and a full scan- and deviation analysis report, saving time and cutting costs. Bringing this vision to life wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our talented student team - Kaan Savaş, Jan Heimann, and Deniz E.. They’re working hard to push the project forward, supported by the expertise and guidance of the professional team at B.B.W. Group: Bernd Wagner and Carsten Grabl are the managing directors for strategic guidance, and Paul-Lukas Pichler is responsible for project execution.
