The smartest AI model is not automatically the one you should deploy.

The smartest AI model is not automatically the one you should deploy.

🚨 The smartest AI model is not automatically the one you should deploy. Claude Fable 5 currently leads the Artificial Analysis Intelligence Index with 60 points. GPT-5.6 Sol scores 59. Sounds like a clear winner? Now look at the estimated cost per benchmark task: Claude Fable 5: $2.75 GPT-5.6 Sol: $1.04 GPT-5.6 Terra: $0.55 GPT-5.6 Luna: $0.21 Sol delivers roughly 98% of Fable’s intelligence score at 38% of the measured task cost. But the comparison becomes more interesting when we examine individual capabilities. SWE-Bench Pro: Fable 80.0% vs. Sol 64.6% Terminal-Bench 2.1: Sol 88.8% vs. Fable 83.1% Coding Agent Index: Sol 80.0 vs. Fable 77.2 Fable performs exceptionally well on difficult repository-level changes. Sol performs better across terminal-based workflows, tool coordination and autonomous execution. These results do not measure model intelligence in isolation. Fable’s leading score uses adaptive reasoning, maximum effort and an Opus 4.8 fallback. Coding results also depend on the agent harness, tools and reasoning settings used during evaluation. Benchmarks measure systems, not just model names. Think of it like building a team: Fable is the deep analytical specialist Sol is the strong end-to-end operator Terra handles everyday professional work Luna processes repetitive tasks at scale The conclusion is not that one model has won. The conclusion is that choosing one model for everything is already an outdated AI strategy. The strongest enterprise systems route each task to the least expensive model capable of completing it reliably, then escalate complex or high-risk cases to stronger models. That is how AI moves from an impressive demo to an economically scalable system. At AI Phase, we help organizations design these model-routing, validation and escalation architectures. 👉 Are you still using one model for every task? #AIPhase #GPT56 #Claude #EnterpriseAI #ModelRouting #AIAgents #ArtificialIntelligence #GermanMittelstand

Zurich, AI and the start of something bigger

🇨🇭 Zurich, AI and the start of something bigger Last week, we had the opportunity to host a joint workshop with BKW Engineering in Zurich. Together, we worked through selected AI application fields, assessed feasibility, process fit & implementation priorities and discussed how AI can create measurable value within the company’s business context. A big thank you to Marc Holliger and Tim Zürcher for the trust, openness and strong collaboration. Workshops like this only work when both sides bring curiosity, honesty and the willingness to challenge ideas properly. For AI Phase, this was also a special milestone: taking another step into the Swiss market with a partner we genuinely value. We are excited about the next steps ahead and look forward to supporting BKW Engineering on this journey - with practical AI solutions, clear implementation paths and the right mix of ambition and pragmatism. Strong partners make strong progress. And Zurich was a very good place to start. #ArtificialIntelligence #AIConsulting #DigitalTransformation #SwissMarket #BKWEngineeering #BusinessAI #AIPhase

From Ideas to Impact: CompSA 2026 is a Wrap

🏆 From Ideas to Impact: CompSA 2026 is a Wrap This spring, we invited students to take on a challenge that had no easy answer. No coding sprint. No theoretical case study. No solution hidden in a textbook. The task: develop a realistic and implementable strategy to improve water retention and reduce flash flood risks in the Pilis Biosphere Reserve in Hungary. A challenge that required engineering, environmental science, economics and systems thinking at the same time. Together with evosoft Hungary, BEST Budapest, EELISA European University, researchers and local stakeholders, we helped design and organize the competition, supported participants throughout the process and Simon Bunyatov together with Georgy Chomakhashvili joined the jury evaluating the final solutions. What impressed us most? The quality of the ideas. 🥇 The winning team developed a nature-based water management concept using contour swales, groundwater recharge and low-cost monitoring systems to simultaneously reduce flood risks and improve drought resilience. The solution remained practical, environmentally compatible and within budget. 🥈 The second-place team combined ecosystem restoration, community engagement and AI-supported monitoring into a comprehensive resilience strategy for the region. What makes CompSA special is that participants are forced to think beyond technology. A good solution is not enough. It has to be technically feasible. It has to make economic sense. It has to work with local communities. And it has to survive contact with reality. That is exactly the kind of thinking we need more of. A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this competition possible. Special thanks to all participating teams for proving that the next generation of engineers is ready to tackle real sustainability challenges. #CompSA2026 #evosoftHungary #Sustainability #Engineering #Innovation #AIPhase #WaterManagement #ClimateResilience #StudentInnovation #FutureEngineers

Helping children in need. Collecting donations for Sternstunden e.V.

Helping children in need. Collecting donations for Sternstunden e.V. That is the purpose behind BAVARIA MAN and that is why AI Phase is proud to support Benedikt Held and Serafina Heerling as digital partner and sponsor. BAVARIA MAN is not just an extreme sports project. It is a charity mission across Bavaria: 3.8 km swimming. 360 km cycling. 42.195 km running. 390 km in total. One day. One athlete. One cause that matters more than the finish line. When we met Benedikt and Serafina at Hanns Seidel Foundation, we immediately felt that this project is driven by something bigger than ambition. It is about using sport, attention and community to create real help for children who need it most. And the best part? 100 percent of the donations go directly to Sternstunden e.V. Respect to Benedikt and Serafina for turning an almost impossible challenge into something deeply meaningful. We are proud to support the journey. 👉 Donate and support the mission: https://bavaria-man.de/ #BavariaMan #Sternstunden #KinderInNot #DigitalPartner #SocialImpact #Triathlon #Bayern

COMMENT “CLAW” AND LET’S PUSH YOUR BUSINESS FORWARD

🚨 COMMENT “CLAW” AND LET’S PUSH YOUR BUSINESS FORWARD OpenClaw is one of the clearest signals of where agentic AI is going. It is a local-first AI agent that runs on your machine, can always stay on, uses context from your files and apps, adapts over time and can be extended with skills. OpenClaw also works through widely used channels like WhatsApp, Telegram Messenger, Discord and more. And now there is NemoClaw by NVIDIA. Because the moment AI stops being a chatbot and starts becoming an autonomous agent, the real question is no longer “what model should we use?” It becomes: How do we run this safely How do we keep data private How do we let agents act without losing control That is exactly why NemoClaw is needed. NVIDIA describes it as an open source stack for OpenClaw that adds privacy and security controls, installs in a single command and helps run always-on autonomous agents more safely. It uses NVIDIA Agent Toolkit and OpenShell to enforce policy-based privacy and security guardrails, and it can run open models like Nemotron locally for more privacy and cost efficiency. So what is your company missing if you ignore this? -> The shift from passively managed AI to controllable agents -> Assistants that work continuously across tools and workflows -> The local-first setup that can reduce dependency on cloud-only AI and keep sensitive data closer to home -> The security layer that makes long-running agents much more realistic for real business environments -> The opportunity to win the competition The bigger point? OpenClaw shows what personal and operational AI can become. NemoClaw shows what is required to make it usable in the business context. Without that second layer, autonomous agents are exciting. With it, they start becoming deployable. That is the part many companies will realize a bit too late. At AI Phase, we help companies move from AI curiosity to AI systems that create measurable leverage. 👉 Want to see what this could look like in your company? Budapest is a W

Budapest is a W Never hide behind screens. Show up. Shake hands. Argue. Laugh. Learn. We went to Budapest for AI in higher education. Workshops with evosoft, panels, World Café, real questions from real people. Best part? The questions. Sharp. Honest. Uncomfortable in the right way. We captured the whole trip in a short video blog. Quick one: should we do more posts like this: travel + real work? Tell us what you’d like to see next time (behind the scene / key insights / more communication). We appreciate that a lot! #Budapest #AIinEducation #HigherEducation #EdTech #AIPhase #evosoft #Innovation #FutureOfLearning

From workshop insights to a new AI company

From workshop insights to a new AI company In December, we ran a workshop for the Hanns Seidel Foundation on how to spot efficiency gaps and revenue opportunities, work with an idea in the AI world, turn it into something real by using modern tools to automate and optimise. One team in particular took it all the way. CaucaServe AI LLC is officially registered as an LLC as of January 2026 ✨ What happened between the whiteboard and the incorporation docs? -> Legal AI training that does not cut corners -> Legal design that makes outputs usable not just “impressive” -> Accuracy protocols because legal AI has to earn trust -> Early operational setup to move from prototype to product Huge respect to the team behind it: Luca M. Schlieper, Amina Khangoshvili, Mariam Maisuradze and Tristan Jonathon August Blake. CaucaServe is building a legal AI for research, drafting and structured legal analysis with natural Georgian interaction and meaningful engagement with Georgian legislation. This is why we love workshops. Not for the slides. For the outcomes. If you want your next internal training to end with insights to uncover real opportunities of digitalisation and automation, let's talk. #AIPhase #Georgia #LegalTech #ResponsibleAI #AIWorkshop #Startup #Automation #AIImplementation #Innovation #LawAndTechnology

AI in Higher Education - Workshop in Budapest

Budapest revealed secrets about AI in Education, together we could find them out. What you imagine, might be wrong. The rapid integration of AI into technical higher education is a turning point, requiring new teaching approaches and a broader societal debate about what learning we value. Before the sessions even started, we spent time polishing our new whitepaper, “AI in Technical Higher Education - How AI Tools Change Teaching Methodology”. Then Budapest delivered the perfect reality check: a sharp audience, real questions and a partner that moves fast. Together with evosoft, we hosted our workshop “AI in Higher Education” and dived into what’s actually changing in universities right now: - How students use AI (and what they use it for) - The upside and risk of cognitive offloading - The motivation paradox: AI as a barrier-breaker and sometimes a curiosity killer - Why teaching must shift from “knowledge transfer” to competence cultivation Huge thanks for the smooth collaboration and warm welcome to Adam Szigeti and Katalin Herczeg. The format was intentionally interactive: input sessions, World Café discussions across three forums and a hands-on methodology exchange that turned ideas into actionable teaching concepts. Also, we hosted a panel discussion. Big thanks for participating to György Eigner (Óbuda University), Pal Varga ,(Budapest University of Technology and Economics), Nagy Daniel (BEST Budapest), Szabolcs Szőts (evosoft), Marta Turcsanyi-Szabo (Eötvös Loránd University) and Daniel Varga (evosoft)! The other day, we kept the momentum going with an Inspiration Day, introducing students to AI for the https://compsa.eu/ challenge. Big thanks to Péter Laposa for the organisation! Big thanks to the AI Phase project crew behind this: Seong-Min Jun, Jul Rebstock, Simon Bunyatov, Georgy Chomakhashvili. One takeaway: evosoft supports Hungary in turning AI into a real advantage. They’re building the bridge between education and industry, moving with strategy and speed. They’re making AI readiness real. #AIinEducation #evosoft #EdTech #AIPhase #Hungary #Innovation #UniversityIndustry
